What is our guarantee statement in terms of water resistance?:

Products are guaranteed to be weatherproof or splashproof. The device will withstand casual exposure to moisture in the form of rain, mist, fog etc. A product sold with the intention of complying with JIS 7 will withstand immersion in 1 meter of freshwater for up to 30 minutes. Otherwise, there is no guarantee a device will function for any length of time when fully immersed into fresh or saltwater.

What is our warranty?:

Golden Shellback guarantees that the devices will be weatherproof for 30 days. The product will be replaced or repaired per our choice when exposed to moisture as outlined in the guarantee. A device that has been fully immersed in water will not be repaired or replaced.

Insurance Policy:

The purchaser of the coating service should obtain insurance for used equipment from a third party insurer of used equipment.
